  • What are Coping Cards?
    Coping cards are a tool often used and recommended by therapists as support for a number of mental health conditions. They can contain coping statements like journal prompts and affirmations, as well as guides on coping techniques such as exercise, breath work and meditation. Our decks contain guided prompts, affirmations, rules for engaging with others, as well as mindfulness exercises, and and each deck is themed to respond to specific challenges of modern living such as anxiety and self-doubt.
  • Why should I use Coping Cards?
    Coping Cards can help you address your fears, reframe negative thoughts and set healthy boundaries, clearing your path to success. They are, however, are in no way a replacement for doctor-prescribed medication, therapy or advice, and we strongly encourage our customers to seek professional help if needed.
  • How do I use Coping Cards?
    After you’ve purchased your digital deck, we will send you the deck in two formats - as a PDF and in an image album. You may open the PDF in your favourite reading app, such as Apple Books or Kindle, which includes a Contents Page that allows you to toggle between cards. You may also open the image album on your favourite electronic device, such as your phone. This allows you to move the cards around so the prompts are rearranged to your liking.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards.
  • What is your return/exchange process?
    Unless the item is damaged or the order is incorrect, please note that all sales are final and may not be returned, cancelled or exchanged. If the item is damaged or the incorrect item was received, please email us within seven (7) days of the date your order was received at with the headline: Request for return/exchange. In the email, please provide your name, order number, description of the issue and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange once we have received the item(s), we will ship out the correct or replacement items as soon as possible. If the items(s) are out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as the product is restocked. Please note our terms for return/exchange: Items that are sent back to us must be returned in their original product packaging. Items that are sent back to us must not have visible signs of wear or use. How to initiate the return/exchange process: - Email - Make sure the product is in its original packaging. - Leave a note in the package with your name, order number, email and phone number on it. Write down your return/exchange information (why you are returning or what you want to exchange for). Include this receipt in the packaging. Ship your return/exchange product to the address provided to you via email by our customer service executive.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia, the UK and the US. Shipping fees will be calculated for you at checkout. If you are located outside of these territories, please email us at with your purchase request.
